Privacy Policy

Solved (“we”, “us”) operates the website and app at pokersolved.com, which delivers one solver-verified poker strategy heuristic a day. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at support@pokersolved.com.

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Account details — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture from your Google account.
• Your activity— which heuristics you’ve seen, your daily streak, your bookmarks, and preferences such as skill level, preferred format, and timezone.
• Subscription data — if you go Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep only your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers.
• Push notifications — if you opt in, an anonymous push subscription token for your device so we can send the daily reminder. You can turn this off any time.
• Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the service.

• To sign you in and keep your session secure.
• To deliver your daily heuristic, track your streak, and save your bookmarks.
• To process and manage your subscription (Pro plan).
• To send the daily reminder, if you’ve enabled it.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

We do notsell your personal information, and we don’t use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

We share data only with the processors that make Solved work, and only as needed:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Google— “Sign in with Google” (only if you choose it).
• Resend — sending sign-in and account emails.

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other sites.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we’ll remove your personal data, except where we’re required to retain limited records (for example, billing records) by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@pokersolved.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we honour data rights (such as access and erasure) for users in regions where they apply, including the EU/UK.

Solved is intended for adults (18+). It is an educational poker strategy tool and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated in the app.
